The retro point and click adventure of Dropsy the Clown is now available on PC, Mac, and Linux.

Dropsy is on a journey of self-discovery after having accidentally set a circus fire, leading him to try and restore his reputation. Despite his scary appearance, he’s just looking to hug everyone and help everyone he can. By not having any text in the game, Dropsy finds all sorts of ways to express himself.

Learn his story in the launch trailer below going the sing-a-long route.

The developer Tendershoot and A Jolly Corpse Kickstarted the game in Oct. 2013, aiming for a goal of $14,000, reaching $24,921. Published by Devolver Digital, it has finally released for point and click fans on Steam, Humble, and GOG.

I’ve never been a huge point and click guy, but I will say, Dropsy has my attention. From the art style to the soundtrack, the story seems like something I’d enjoy. I mean come on, just watch that trailer!
