Broken Age Act 2 To Possibly Release At The End of April Isaac Federspiel March 23, 2015 Archives Double Fine released a backer update teasing Broken Age Act 2‘s release date, which could be as soon as April. We won’t have to wait long to know, since the official launch date will hit IGN along with addition preview coverage sometime soon, according to the project update. Additionally, the update states that Broken Age Act 2 will be submitted to the PlayStation Store for certification on PlayStation 4 and PS Vita, and discs will start to be pressed for the PC, Mac and Linux physical copies for retail on March 27. This process can take about a month, and a picture of the studio’s calendar (see above) has April cut off, leading me to believe they might be shooting for a late April release. Double Fine plans to release Broken Age Act 2 on PS4, PS Vita, PC, Mac, Linux, iOS, Android and Ouya at the same time. Laura reviewed Broken Age Act 1 back in January, and was eager to play Act 2, citing a wonderful story and visual prowess. Are you still excited for Act 2, or has the wait been too long for you?
